How does the 30-day Free Trial Work?



Sign up for one of our plans with no contract or obligations. Cancel your plan within 30 days of your sign up date and you won't be charged anything! If you decide to cancel your account after your Free Trial expires, you are responsible for the charges incurred for the current month of usage.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds after your initial 30 day free trial. We do not prorate your monthly usage and we do not offer partial reimbursements. After you cancel your account, you will never be charged again.

Is there a contract, minimum term or cancellation fees?



Not at all. There are no contracts, minimum terms or cancellation fees. The service is pay-as-you-go, you pay month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel your account at any time and you will only be billed for your current month of usage.

Are there any additional fees or charges?
No, all prices are inclusive of all fees and charges.

How safe is my data?



Very! Our software platform and data infrastructure are always up to date with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall, regular backups, and SSL encryption to to keep all your data safe.

Do I get another 30 free days if I decide to continue the service?



The free 30 day trial is only available one time to each new user, who signs up for one of our paid plans. Once you use your free 30 day trial, even if you upgrade your account, cancel your account and then re-activate your existing account, or create a new account, you will not receive an additional 30 day free trial.

Can I change plans at any time?



Absolutely, if at any time you need to change your plan simply click on the "Account Management" and go to the "My Plan" tab on your dashboard.

How do I pay?



We currently accept Visa, and Master Card. At this time we do not accept checks, invoicing, P.O.'s or orders over the phone.
